I used to hate exercise before...
while i was surfing to net to look for tips on losing weight(which i usually do and never get bored of reading it for almost a year... =_=)...
something caught my attention..

I love eating mango...
but what i usually heard that mango contains lotsa glucose which is FAT...
but the web says it did helps in losin weight...
should i trust them???

Recent studies have shown that extracts of mango has a remarkable ability to reduce weight and to regulate the level of so-called «bad» cholesterol. Experts tested the extract from the seeds of this plant and found that his natural ability to regulate the components of metabolic processes in the body.
